Oregon Alcohol Server Training Requirements (2026)
Oregon requires alcohol server/seller training statewide. Anyone who serves or mixes alcohol, and managers, at OLCC-licensed businesses (Alcohol Service Permit). New hires: Since Mar 31, 2025 you may not serve until application, fees, course and OLCC test are complete (45-day window to finish after applying). Validity: Service permit 5 years; a completed course is good for 2 years toward applying.
